Who you are dealing with

Cooked Sports is operated by Rabbit Hole Apps LLC. You can reach us any time at support@cookedsports.ai. By using Cooked Sports you agree to these terms.

Harry is a character. This is comedy.

Cooked Sports is satire and entertainment. Harry Burns is a fictional broadcaster, and his material is machine-generated. It is written to be funny, not to be true, accurate, or advisable.

• Nothing here is advice. Not fantasy advice, not betting advice, not financial advice. If you start or sit someone because Harry said so, that is on you.
• We are not affiliated with anyone. Not the NFL, not any team, not Sleeper, not any player, broadcaster, or league. Names are used the way any comedy show uses them.
• Generated content can be wrong. Statistics, storylines, and opinions may be inaccurate or invented. Treat it as a bit, not a source.

Your account

You need an account to save your material and to buy anything. Keep your email secure — anyone with access to it can sign in, because we use magic links instead of passwords.

Cooked Sports is rated 17+ — Harry works blue, and that is the product. You must be at least 17 to use it, and old enough to enter into a contract where you live to buy anything.

Do not use Cooked Sports to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to bypass the limits on your plan. We can suspend an account that does, and we can decline service to anyone.

What you can buy

• Rookie — $4.99 per month. A recurring subscription. Renews monthly until you cancel.
• Commissioner — $49.99, one time. A season pass, not a subscription. It does not auto-renew, and access runs through the end of the season it was bought for.

Prices are in US dollars and can change for future purchases and renewals; a change never alters what you already paid. Paid plans include fair-use limits that exist to stop abuse — they are set high enough that ordinary use will not reach them.

Cancelling

Cancel a subscription any time from Manage billing in your account. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not prorated. The Commissioner pass is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

For the Commissioner season pass: a full refund within 30 days, or once your draft broadcast begins — whichever comes first. Once it has begun, the thing you bought has been delivered and the refund window is closed, even if you are still inside the 30 days.

For Rookie, cancel any time and you will not be charged again. We do not refund months already used.

Bought through the App Store instead of our website? Apple handles those refunds under their own policy, and we cannot issue them — request it through Apple.

Your league data

Connecting a Sleeper league lets Harry talk about your actual team. Sleeper is a third party we do not control — if their service changes or goes down, parts of Cooked Sports will not work, and that is not something we can promise around. Disconnect any time. What we store and why is in the Privacy Policy.

What belongs to whom

Cooked Sports, Harry Burns, the writing, the audio, and the software are ours. Clips you save and share are yours to post wherever you like — that is what they are for. You give us permission to store and deliver them so the product works, and we may use anonymous, aggregated usage information to improve it.

Ending it

You can stop using Cooked Sports at any time, and delete your account from the app or by emailing us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or charges back a payment it keeps the benefit of. If we close your account without cause while you are inside a paid period, the refund rules above still apply to you.

Someone else’s copyright

You can save and share what you make here, but do not upload or share material you have no right to. If you believe something on Cooked Sports infringes your copyright, email support@cookedsports.ai with what the work is, where you saw it, how to reach you, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. We will look at it and remove material where the claim holds up, and we can close accounts that do this repeatedly.

Other services we do not control

Cooked Sports links to and relies on services other people run — Sleeper, Apple, Stripe, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and their terms are their own. If one of them changes or goes down, parts of Cooked Sports will not work.

No warranties

Cooked Sports is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we do not promise Harry will be accurate about anything.

Limits and responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Cooked Sports is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Cooked Sports — what you posted, shared, or did with it — you agree to cover the costs of defending it, to the extent the law allows.

The fine print

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Our not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else; we may transfer them if the business is sold or reorganized.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update this page and the date at the top, and continuing to use Cooked Sports after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, stop using the service and cancel — the refund rules above still apply.
