I never got my magic link

We sign you in with an email link — no password. If the email has not shown up within a couple of minutes: check your spam or junk folder, make sure you typed the address correctly, and request a new link. Corporate inboxes sometimes quarantine sign-in emails; a personal address usually works.

The link says it expired

Magic links are single-use and short-lived. Request a fresh one from the sign-in screen and open it on the same device you want to use.

Billing

Managing or canceling a subscription

If you subscribed on iOS, your subscription is managed by Apple: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, use the billing portal in your account settings, or email us and we will sort it out.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com). For web purchases, email us — if something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Draft broadcasts

How do I get Harry to call my draft?

The live draft broadcast covers real Sleeper drafts. Connect your Sleeper league in the app before your draft starts, open the broadcast when your league is on the clock, and Harry and Joe take it from there.

The audio stopped or sounds stuck

Check your connection first, then close and reopen the broadcast — it picks back up where the booth is live. If it keeps happening, email us with your league name and roughly when it happened.

Harry roasted my team and I have feelings about it

That is the product working as intended. Harry is an AI comedy character: he roasts teams, picks, and managers' decisions. If something crosses a line — genuinely offensive beyond sports trash talk, or factually defamatory — email us with the clip or a description and we will review it.
