Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — used to sign you in (passwordless magic link) and to identify your account. That is what it is for; we do not use it for marketing without asking first.
• Fantasy league identifiers you connect— if you connect a Sleeper account, we use your Sleeper username and league IDs to pull your league's public fantasy data (rosters, matchups, drafts) so Harry can talk about your team. This is the same public data the Sleeper app shows.
• Usage metrics — basic product analytics (which features get used, when sessions happen, whether a shared clip got played) so we can tell what is working. This is product telemetry, not advertising tracking.
• Content you create — the roasts, audio clips, and shares you generate in the app are stored so you can play them back and share them.
• Billing status — whether your account has an active plan. Payment details (card numbers) go directly to our payment providers; we never see or store them.

Who processes it

We use a small set of service providers to run the product. Each receives only what it needs:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage. Your account record lives here.
• Stripe — payment processing for purchases made on the web.
• RevenueCat and Apple — in-app purchase processing and subscription status on iOS.
• OpenRouter— AI text generation. Prompts describing the sports topic or matchup being roasted are sent here to generate Harry's material.
• ElevenLabs— voice synthesis. Harry's written material is sent here to be turned into audio.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the product. We do not send them more than the feature requires.

Advertising

We use Reddit’s advertising pixel to see which of our ads work. When you sign up or subscribe, it lets us know you found us on Reddit. We never send them your email address, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t follow you around other apps.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not ask for or store payment card numbers ourselves.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly in the mobile app (Account → Delete Account) or by emailing support@cookedsports.ai from the address on the account. Deletion removes your recordings, shared burns, connected league data, and entitlement records. Cached fantasy data pulled from Sleeper is transient and ages out on its own.

Age

Cooked Sports is rated 17+. Harry works blue — frequent profanity and crude humor are the product. The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.
